Frequently Asked Questions

 1. Do you offer free shipping?

All items purchased from Oculium VR are shipped for free (standard parcel post). No need to worry about pesky delivery fees!

If you want to get your items sooner, you can upgrade to Express Post shipping. To do thus, just select and pay for this option during checkout. 

We aim to ship within 1 business days of placing an order. 

2. Where are your items shipped from?

All items are shipped from Sydney. That means you don't need to wait for the usual delays from overseas providers and so can get started on your VR adventure faster! 

3. When will I get my stuff?

We use Australia Post to send our products to you.  They have provided us with the following timeframes as a guide.

  • Standard Parcel Post – Allow 2-7 business days for metro areas, but allow additional time for country / regional locations or other issues that may impact delivery by Australia Post
  • Express Post - Allow 1-3 business days for metro areas, but allow additional time for country / regional locations or other issues that may impact delivery by Australia Post

These are maximum timeframes, and we typically see our products land on your doorstep on the lower end of the timeframe when Australia Post is running normal!

NSW COVID-19 update: Delivery timeframes in July 2021 have recently been impacted so please add an extra 1-2 days to the above timeframes. Australia Post are however prioritising express post parcels which have not been impacted as greatly.

4. I live outside of Australia - can I still place an order?

We now offer shipping to customers in New Zealand and USA. Just add the items you would like to purchase and a quote for shipping will be provided. If you have any questions drop us a FB message (bottom right corner) or email (hello@oculiumvr.com).

International Delivery Times

New Zealand - Flat rate $10AUD  - 4 to 7 working days after your order is dispatched. Orders to rural areas may take slightly longer. 

USA - Flat rate $15AUD - 10-15 working days after your order is dispatched. Orders to rural areas may take slightly longer. 

5. Can I return my item? 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

You may choose to return an item for any reason within 30 days of placing your order. Before returning an item, please contact us with any questions or concerns you have with your item hello@oculiumvr.com.

To receive a refund for change of mind, you must ensure that your product is:

  • In its original packaging, unused and unopened 
  • In a saleable condition

All returns will be charged the cost of standard return shipping, relevant for your order (if we supply you an Australia Post postage label) or you can return it to us using a tracked, shipping method of your choice with your courier of choice. 

When we receive your returned item we will assess the product and to ensure it meets the requirements stated above, and promptly issue a refund within 3 business days. Please note, once we issue your refund, your bank or service provider through which you made your payment to Oculium VR may take additional time to issue the funds back into your account.
